What is a tester bottle?
A tester is an authentic fragrance bottle packaged more simply than the retail version. Testers may come with or without a plain box, and sometimes without a cap if stated in the description.
The fragrance inside is the same used in the retail version. Since testers are originally intended for demonstration, they are offered at a lower price, while the scent and concentration remain consistent with the regular product.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Since fragrances are hygiene-sensitive products, returns are limited, but we can review a return request within 4 days of delivery if:
- The item is completely unopened and unused
- The seal is fully intact
- It is still in its original packaging
- Or if we accidentally sent the wrong item
