By accessing or purchasing from Fragrantera, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

Independent Seller Disclaimer

Fragrantera is an independent fragrance retailer. We operate entirely on our own and are not affiliated, associated, endorsed, approved, or sponsored by any fragrance brand, designer house, manufacturer, or trademark owner.

All names, trademarks, service marks, logos, product images, and brand references appearing on this website belong exclusively to their respective owners. They are used strictly for descriptive and identification purposes, to help customers recognize the products being offered. No endorsement or authorization by any brand is implied.

Fragrantera makes no claim of partnership, representation, authority, or official relationship with any brand or manufacturer. We do not act on behalf of, or under instruction from, any fragrance company.

We do not claim ownership of any intellectual property belonging to fragrance brands. Any copyrighted or trademarked material referenced is used only as reasonably necessary for product description, compatibility, and identification in compliance with fair use and applicable laws.

Inventory transparency

Our products are sourced through auctions, distributors, wholesalers, and verified supply chains that operate independently from brand owners. Manufacturers are not involved in the distribution, pricing, inspection, or sale of items offered on Fragrantera.com.

Tester or Demonstration Products

Some items sold may be tester units originally produced for in-store demonstration. These products may include markings such as “tester,” “demonstration,” or “not for retail sale” on the bottle or packaging.
Fragrantera is not associated with the intent or instructions of the manufacturer regarding how those units were originally designated or intended to be used.

We offer them solely as part of secondary-market reselling, and their presence on our website does not imply manufacturer authorization, approval, sponsorship, or involvement of any kind.

Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Fragrantera.com, the customer agrees and understands that:

  • Fragrantera is an independent reseller

  • Fragrance brands are not affiliated with, responsible for, or involved in our operations

  • Brand owners retain all rights to their respective intellectual property

  • No manufacturer oversight, endorsement, or guarantee is implied

Fragrantera assumes full responsibility for customer service, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and the overall shopping experience.

Product Authenticity

Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and original.
We do not sell replicas, counterfeits, or imitation products of any kind.

Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin chemistry, climate, storage, or personal perception. Such variations are normal and do not indicate a defective or counterfeit product.

Packaging Variations & Cosmetic Imperfections

Some fragrance listings may include additional condition notes such as “95% full,” “box damaged,” “label scratched,” “minor wear,” “cap missing,” or similar descriptions. These details refer to cosmetic or packaging variations that do not affect the authenticity or functionality of the fragrance itself.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing all condition notes listed on the product page. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cosmetic imperfections or packaging wear are not considered defects.

  • Items sold with disclosed imperfections are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Fill level variations (e.g., 90% full) are normal, especially for older, used, discontinued, or limited-release bottles.

  • Testers may arrive without a cap, in a plain box, or with light wear, as described in the listing.

  • These variations do not affect authenticity, and do not qualify as “damaged” for return purposes.

Fragrantera guarantees the authenticity of every fragrance sold, but we cannot accept returns based on cosmetic conditions that were disclosed prior to purchase.

About Testers

Some fragrances are available in a tester format, which is packaging intended for demonstration. A tester contains the same scent, formula, and bottle as the retail version. Tester bottles may come without a decorative box or cap. They contain authentic fragrance supplied through our distributors, but presentation may vary from retail packaging. Because of this simplified presentation, testers are offered at a lower price.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier performance, or unforeseen delays.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Fragrantera cannot control transit times, rerouting, or delays caused by the carrier.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout

  • Reviewing all product descriptions, notes, sizes, and conditions before purchasing

  • Tracking their shipment with the provided tracking number

Fragrantera is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of fragrances, opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed products cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Any return, refund, or account resolution remains subject to inspection and approval based on the condition of the item received back.

Limitation of Liability

Fragrantera is an independent reseller. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that Fragrantera is not responsible or liable for any of the following:

  • Skin reactions, sensitivities, or allergies to any fragrance or cosmetic product

  • Misuse, improper handling, or alteration of any product after delivery

  • Shipping delays, transit issues, or delivery errors caused by USPS, UPS, or any third-party carrier

  • Losses resulting from incorrect address entry, user error, or unauthorized returns

  • Requests to cancel or modify orders after the item has already been processed or shipped

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fragrantera’s total liability is limited solely to the amount paid for the product and does not extend to consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind.

Fragrantera makes no warranties beyond those required by applicable law. All products are sold “as-is,” consistent with standard retail resale practices.

Errors & Omissions

Fragrantera reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or product information errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. Orders may be canceled if pricing is incorrect.

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Fragrantera reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order flagged for fraud, excessive return attempts, misuse of policies, or abusive behavior toward our staff.

We also reserve the right to discontinue communication with individuals who engage in harassment, threats, inappropriate conduct, or any form of abusive or bad-faith interaction. In such cases, Fragrantera may limit or block future purchases or correspondence as necessary to maintain a safe and professional environment.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fragrantera operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts within that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Fragrantera may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
