What is a tester bottle?

The fragrance inside is the same used in the retail version. Since testers are originally intended for demonstration, they are offered at a lower price, while the scent and concentration remain consistent with the regular product.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Since fragrances are hygiene-sensitive products, returns are limited, but we can review a return request within 4 days of delivery if:
- The item is completely unopened and unused
- The seal is fully intact
- It is still in its original packaging
- Or if we accidentally sent the wrong item

Unfortunately, we’re not able to honor specific batch number requests. Our inventory moves quickly, and batches can change as new stock arrives. We always prioritize sending fresh, authentic products based on current availability.
