Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. All fragrances we sell are 100% authentic, legit and sourced through trusted distribution channels. We never sell replicas, fakes, or reformulated imitations.
We inspect and verify all items before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.
What is a tester bottle?
A tester is the same fragrance, same bottle, and same liquid as the retail version, just without the decorative box. Because they come in simpler packaging, testers are offered at a lower price but perform identically.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Since fragrances are hygiene-sensitive products, returns are limited, but we can review a return request within 4 days of delivery if:
- The item is completely unopened and unused
- The seal is fully intact
- It is still in its original packaging
- Or if we accidentally sent the wrong item
If you ever receive the incorrect product, we will make it right.
Are you affiliated with any fragrance brands?
No. Fragrantera is an independent reseller and is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or authorized by any fragrance brand or manufacturer. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.
Why are your prices lower than retail stores?
As an independent reseller, we source through trusted distribution channels and offer both retail and tester units. This allows us to pass significant savings to our customers while still providing authentic fragrances.
Can I request a specific batch number?
Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill batch number requests. Inventory moves quickly, and batches change as new stock arrives. We always focus on sending fresh, authentic products.
Do you ship fast?
Yes — all orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage, and most packages go out within 1 business day. Tracking is always included.
