Products & Authenticity
Are your fragrances authentic?
All of our fragrances are 100% authentic, legit, genuine and original. We never sell fakes, clones, or imitations. Our store is built on trust, and the positive feedback from our customers shows the confidence they have in us and our products. When you shop with us, you can be 100% sure you are receiving only genuine fragrances.
All items are sourced through legitimate wholesale and trusted distributor channels.
Are your fragrances new or used?
Most of our fragrances are new. We only sell used bottles when it is clearly stated in the listing.
Every product page includes a “Condition” line so you can see exactly what you’re purchasing, for example:
New – With Box & Cap, New – No Box, With Cap, Used – With Box, No Cap, or other relevant details.
If a bottle is a tester, has no box or cap, shows label wear, or has any other packaging variation (for example, “95% full,” “box damaged”), this information will always be clearly disclosed in the condition or description so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.
Why do some bottles not have a box or cap?
Some fragrances are sold in tester or overstock packaging, which may come in a plain box or without a decorative cap. This is completely normal within the fragrance industry and helps keep prices lower for our customers.
Tester or overstock items still contain the same authentic fragrance from the original brand, and any specific details — such as whether a bottle comes with or without a box or cap — will always be clearly stated in the product description.
Will you mention if a product has cosmetic flaws or differences?
Yes. If a fragrance has any visible cosmetic detail — such as a damaged box, light bottle wear, a missing cap, or a partial fill level (for used or open-box items) — we always note it directly in the product description next to the condition.
These details are fully transparent so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Any cosmetic issue will never affect authenticity or fragrance performance.
What is a tester bottle?
A tester is an authentic fragrance bottle originally produced for demonstration. Tester bottles contain the same fragrance formula, performance, and concentration as the retail version.
They may come in plain or minimal packaging, and sometimes may not include a decorative cap if stated in the listing. The bottle and scent inside are the same quality as retail products, and any packaging differences will always be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Why are your prices lower than retail stores?
Our prices are better than most retail counters because we work with distributors, auctions, and overstock inventory. You are still getting the same and exact authentic fragrance but without the traditional retail markup.
Will my fragrance smell exactly like the one I tried before?
Fragrances are produced in batches, and minor natural variations in scent, color, or performance can occur between production cycles. This is completely normal within the fragrance industry and happens with every brand, from designer to niche.
We always guarantee that the product you receive is 100% authentic, but we do not control manufacturing differences, batch variations, storage conditions, or how a fragrance may react with each person’s skin.
As an independent reseller, we provide fragrances exactly as they come from our distributors. If batch-related variations matter to you, feel free to ask before purchasing and we’ll gladly share whatever information is available for that specific bottle.
How can I properly check batch codes?
You can verify a fragrance batch code using trusted online tools like CheckFresh.com. Simply enter the batch number printed on your bottle or packaging to view general production information.
Keep in mind that different brands format their batch codes differently. For example, with PDM, you should enter only the numbers and leave out the last letter for the most accurate results.
Can I request a specific batch number or production year?
At this time we can’t guarantee or honor requests for a specific batch number, code, or production year. Our inventory moves quickly and is selected based on freshness and availability, so the exact batch shown in photos may not be the one you receive.
Please note that batch numbers may vary from bottle to bottle, as we often have multiple units of the same fragrance in stock. This is normal in the fragrance world and does not affect authenticity.
Do you offer additional photos besides the listing images?
We’re happy to answer any questions, but we’re not able to provide extra photos beyond what is already shown in the listing. All images are taken in-house and are intended to accurately represent the type and condition of the item you’ll receive.
Every bottle is inspected, verified, and photographed before being listed and shipped, so you can shop with confidence knowing the pictures shown are clear and true to the actual product.

Are you affiliated with any fragrance brands or designers?
No. Fragrantera is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated, associated, endorsed, or sponsored by any fragrance brand, designer house, or manufacturer.
All trademarks, brand names, product names, logos, and images are the property of their respective owners. They are used strictly for identification and descriptive purposes, as permitted under applicable trademark and fair-use laws.
Fragrantera does not claim any ownership, partnership, authorization, or rights to any brand’s intellectual property. All fragrances offered by Fragrantera are acquired through reputable wholesale channels. We do not source inventory from or act on behalf of any brand or manufacturer.

Do you sell “inspired by” or clone fragrances?
No. We only sell original branded fragrances from the brands listed on each product page.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options offered at checkout (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, or Apple/Google Pay, depending on availability).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped yet may be cancelled, but a small processing fee may apply. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Can I use more than one discount code on the same order?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?
All orders ship from the USA. We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including most U.S. territories, except Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship exclusively through USPS Ground Advantage, the required method for fragrances and other alcohol-based (hazmat) products under federal regulations.
How fast do you ship orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment clears. During peak times or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
USPS Ground Advantage (contiguous U.S.): usually 2–5 business days.
For non-contiguous U.S. locations (such as Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.), USPS Ground Advantage can take longer, typically around 7–15 business days, because these shipments move by ground/sea transportation. Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, or operational issues can sometimes cause delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (as long as a valid email address was provided at checkout).
You can use this link to follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.
My tracking shows “delivered,” but I don’t have the package. What should I do?
First, double-check your mailbox, front door, and with neighbors or building staff. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier with your tracking number. You can also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns? What items are not eligible?
Because fragrances are personal and hygienic products, returns are very limited.
We can only consider a return within 4 days of delivery and only when:
- The item is completely unopened, unused, untested, with the seal fully intact and in its original packaging, or
- We accidentally sent the wrong item.
Items that has been marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, and cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Items that have been opened, sprayed, tested, worn, have a broken seal, visible use, altered liquid level, missing box, or any damage not reported at delivery are not eligible for return.

What does “Final Sale” mean?
“Final Sale” means the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
These listings will always include a clear notice on the product page, and they are sold as-is.
Please review the condition, description, and photos carefully before purchasing.
I’m not sure about a fragrance. Can I buy it and return it if I don’t like it?
Fragrances can smell different from person to person depending on skin chemistry, temperature, and environment. Because of this, and since we cannot accept opened or tested products back for hygiene and authenticity reasons, we’re unable to offer returns based on personal preference or scent expectations.
If you’re unsure about a scent, we always recommend trying a sample or decant from a decant service or local store before purchasing a full bottle. This is the best way to make sure the fragrance works for you.
Of course, if the wrong item was sent, we will take care of it right away.
What are the condition requirements for an approved return?
Any approved return must meet all of the following:
- Product unopened, with the factory seal fully intact
- No sprays, testing, or signs of use
- No damage, tampering, or changed liquid level
- Original box and packaging included
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
Are there restocking fees?
Yes:
- A 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds for any approved return that is not due to a Fragrantera error.
- In the rare event we authorize a return on an item that shows use, a broken seal, damaged packaging, or other signs of wear, a 25% or higher restocking fee may apply, depending on the level of damage or usage.
What happens if someone sends back a fake or different item?
We take product integrity very seriously. If a returned item is not the original product we shipped—such as a fake, replica, diluted fragrance, swapped bottle, or altered liquid level—no refund will be issued. The item will not be reshipped, and in cases of fraud, we may report the incident to the appropriate authorities and provide all relevant order information.
What if my order arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent?
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box and bottle. We’ll review the case and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund once a return is approved?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
